Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Minneapolis/Shakopee, MN

We took a trip to Valleyfair this summer and ended up booking this hotel for our stay. It was a 10 minute drive to the park which was no big deal at all. The lobby was warm and inviting, the room was clean and ready for us when we checked in, and the kiddos loved the pool area. Bonus points for the fast elevator.

We were told it would be only a continental breakfast. It was so much more with hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, fruit... It was grand! The green spaces for guests to lounge in were wonderful.

The front staff were wonderful, the check in was a seamless experience. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The sliding blinds were so beautiful. The pool was 5 ft deep, a plus. The hot tub was warm not hot I guess due to state regulations, not sure but overall my stay was well worth it.

the bed was very comfortable! the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. we had three rooms and my daughter and son in law had too small children and a tween and they were very happy with the room and the helpfulness of the staff😊 we will be back again!
