Hotel was well kept, right from the drive into the lot all the way to my room on the 3rd floor...it was clean and smelled fresh. The deskman was super helpful & worked out my issue (my booking didn't show up on their end). He (I unfortunately don't remember his name) was so very nice and managed to have a room my husband and I could stay in. The room was a nice size, had ample bedding and extra pillows. Best mini fridge around...your items will stay COLD! TV was able to use YouTube which was pretty neat since I don't watch normal TV shows. I was pleased with my stay.

Staff made the stay great they were beyond willing to help and were very friendly. Breakfast was good! Not super big but enough options! Also the location is awesome!

We took a trip to Valleyfair this summer and ended up booking this hotel for our stay. It was a 10 minute drive to the park which was no big deal at all. The lobby was warm and inviting, the room was clean and ready for us when we checked in, and the kiddos loved the pool area. Bonus points for the fast elevator.

The people managing this hotel are very personable. There was plenty of hot water for showering evening or morning. The bed was comfortable.

We were told it would be only a continental breakfast. It was so much more with hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, fruit... It was grand! The green spaces for guests to lounge in were wonderful.

The shower had hot water no matter what time I needed a shower. The couple managing this property are wonderful hosts.
